We will demonstrate our commitment to welcoming immigrants, especially by assisting those seeking asylum, prioritizing those whose lives are in danger if they are deported back to their home country. We will communicate what we, as residents of the United States, believe: that immigrants have human rights, and that they deserve our help and their freedom. Our efforts will fund the legal services for some who otherwise could not access legal assistance. This will result in making those in need of support feel welcomed and cared for in the midst of their trauma and struggles.
Our Mission
We provide legal education and resources for immigrants who are seeking refuge and asylum or in a removal process with a focus on underserved areas. Our goal is to help them obtain freedom, independence and a pathway to becoming contributing members of society in the United States. Our funding will support immigrants of all faiths, belief systems, races, ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientations.
