Financial Transparency

The Colorado Immigrant Justice Fund is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.  Our EIN is 88-1529558.  All donations are tax deductible subject to any limitations on deductibility applicable to the individual taxpayer.

All of our team members are volunteers and do not receive any payment for our work with the CIJF.

Our administrative overhead costs are minimal, and include communication & website tools, grant writing expenditures, and a modest amount of resources for our annual fundraising events. As a result, nearly 100% of the donations we receive are applied directly to the legal needs of our clients.
